Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached and intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
